AGM - QMLGBT COMMITTEE NOMIATIONS!!!

We have an AGM coming up in a weeks time (details to follow) to vote in next years committee as the current one expires at the end of June.

If you would like to be a part of the committee next year then please send me via email a photo of yourself, and why you think you'll be good at the role you're running for. This need only be a few words, a paragraph or so - we try and keep things as informal as possible.

***NOMINATIONS ARE OPEN FOR ONE WEEK ONLY, FROM 21st March 1700hrs UNTIL 1700hrs ON FRIDAY 28th MARCH***

Positions voted for are only President, Treasurer and Social Secretary. These are the only positions required by constitution to be elected officials. Further positions may be offered once the new committees term begins. Voting is by ballot only, by simply selecting your preferred nominees. Anybody is able to attend and anybody is able to nominate themselves for electon. The only condition is that you be self-defining as L, G, B or T as this is the LGBT Society. This is also currently a condition of participation of the NUS LGBT Campaign Conference which the committee should attend.

This is to stop vicious spamming code from stealing the email addresses featured on our site and bombarding our inboxes with useless and rather annoying spam!
